We're working through dashboards and we moved to a quarterly cadence. Curious how others have handled it, especially around CES. Any rules of thumb?
Same setup here. In our case it came down to NPS surveys being too broad.
We measure CSAT weekly now and it's made dashboards decisions much easier.
