Quick one. Since volume tripled after launch, our CSAT has been all over the place. Is that a CSAT surveys config issue or are we reading it wrong?

Have you tried routing it through Snowflake? Fixed the NPS gap for us.

Honestly segments didn't move CES for us. Snowflake did more.
