Honestly CES tracking didn't move the health score for us. Slack did more.

Spent a week on this. The fix was tying the in-app survey to the account owner field.

We measure NPS weekly now and it's made auto-theming decisions much easier.

Worth checking your CES window. Ours was skewed until we narrowed it.
