Trying to get dashboards right for enterprise accounts. The defaults don't quite fit. What did you change?
Honestly session replay didn't move the health score for us. Zapier did more.
Following. We're about to do the same thing for self-serve users.
Same setup here. In our case it came down to dashboards being too broad.
Spent a week on this. The fix was tying the feedback widget to the account owner field.
