Webhook firing twice on feedback submission

Since last week our feedback.created webhook fires twice for a single survey submission, a few seconds apart, same payload and same event ID. It's creating duplicate tickets downstream in Zendesk.

Nothing changed on our endpoint. Has anyone seen Loop retry a webhook even after a 200 response? Trying to work out whether to dedupe on the event ID our side or whether this is a delivery bug.

Dedupe on the event ID regardless. Loop retries if it doesn't get a 200 within the timeout, and if your endpoint is slow it can fire the retry before your first 200 lands. We saw exactly this under load. An idempotency key on your side fixes it permanently.

This is worth a support ticket too. There was a genuine double-delivery bug in May that they patched. But dedupe anyway, you want that protection no matter what the platform does.
